September Wave Update

ThreatSwitch Users,

By now you're well into your onboarding for our September customer cohort. You have all given us great feedback and I wanted to let you know what we've been able to get done since this customer wave started:  

  • Fixed an Internet Explorer compatibility issue
  • Added email notification for users on setup
  • Resolved a facility view issue
  • Fixed an error message on saving an incident
  • Repaired an issue affecting the manage my company page

We are currently working on a number of fixes for the training module that will be released in the next 10 days.  

Please keep the feedback coming using the support icon in the bottom right  -- it sets our priorities each and every week! Finally, keep in mind that our job is to make your program successful; if the application can't get it done then just ask and our team will be there to help -- manually if we need to.
